Meriden Anglican School for Girls
Solar Case Study
Already more than 100 years old, Meriden has survived for so long because of its specific focus on each individual student and the development of her talents and abilities to become a truly global citizen.
with an enrolment of 1,400 from kindergarten to secondary levels, every student is encouraged to be a critical thinker, a problem solver, an innovator and a team player.
The solar system installed is quite modest for a school of this size but it is providing a valuable learning tool for the students. The direct benefits of the installation have been felt primarily in the nerve centre of the school – the administration department.
With the cost of electricity always on the rise, future expansion of the system will be paramount.
