Smart energy answers was definitely a great recommendation by my friend who had also used them. The sales person I spoke to Oren was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommending me a new replacement inverter for my existing system. He didn't try to up sell me anything. I ended up going back to him asking for more solar panels and a battery system. We now have a 10kw solar system with 15kw in battery storage. The installers were all very good at what they do and the installation was really neat. Very happy with what we have. Only slight downside was they only had 1 battery during original installation had to wait for another 2 to come in from China which took a few months with delayed shipping. But if I am to install more solar systems or batteries I'd definitely use them again

From the conversations with the initial consultant, Shane, to the install team, fronted by Tim (what a great team they are!), every question /concern we had was answered in detail so we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. The follow up emails and phone calls were/are just as reassuring too! We are very happy with the products we chose. We also chose to go with NECTR as our provider- we weren’t going to but are really pleased we did! Their customer service is also exceptional. They organised to have our smart meter installed before our panels which meant from the day our panels were installed we were able to access the system. Love the apps too! As you can tell, we are very satisfied happy customers!

SEA is an outstanding solar provider business. I had phoned around to a dozen providers and was nearly settled on one, but I made one last call to SEA and they stole the show. Genuinely helpful and professional. I was particularly impressed with their microinverters and the repayment schedule deal.

I had a good experience with Smart Energy Answers. They sent Daniele out for a comprehensive site visit. He went through options between string, optimiser, and micro-inverter, went through my energy bills, evaluated best location for panels and inverter, asked about replacement roof tiles in case anything was broken, etc. The quote was competitive, being cheaper than some, and just a bit more expensive than a couple dodgy-seeming operators. Some of the other installers I got quotes would only do a particular inverter type, which made it difficult to compare. But Smart Energy Answers were happy to provide quotes for string, optimiser and micro-inverter which helped me compare against the others. (Even though they did discourage me from getting a straight string system, they were happy to quote for it.) Installation day was very smooth. The installers were friendly and professional, and tolerant of my puppy jumping all over them! By mid-afternoon it was all installed and operating, and I've had no issues since. ☀️

This company has to be one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. From my initial phone call up until today when I received a call asking me if I was happy with the experience. The support staff are great, easy to deal with and knowledgeable about the product. The installers, wow, professional, courteous, talk about knowing their jobs, each and every one of them just got on with the installation and did it perfectly. I can't recommend the company and their staff highly enough.
