SEA did a great job for us. Easy to deal with on the phone and Shane had any questions covered or got back to me with answers. SEA arranged good subcontractors for the install even though we are a long way out-of-town. The system works really well and is getting smarter everyday with Amber electricity doing some cool stuff as a virtual power plant, saving us even more good money! It took a bit longer to get finalised than I had hoped (but finding sub-contractors to travel that far slowed things) and the Solar edge inverter model does not monitor individual panels which I had expected from previous experience, but that was my oversight of reading of the fine print I think. I have no hesitation to recommend SEA for your solar install. I'd would use them again for sure, but I don't expect I'll ever have to as the system will probably go on longer than me.

We recently upgraded our solar energy system to 6.6 kW as our electricity bill has increased a lot. Looking for the right provider and products is very daunting. We received a number of quotes from ridiculously cheap to very expensive. We chose Smart Energy Answers (SEA) as we found them very professional in their approach, installation, warranty and follow up. They made a home visit to start with and discussed what we had in mind and our expectations. They then went about preparing a proposal and layout of the solar panels and discussed the panels and inverter which would meet our needs. They also recommended that we leave our existing system as it is as it was still generating electricity. We were happy with the proposal and products as compared to the other providers, as they discussed everything in great detail and provided written guarantees of the energy the system would generate each year and for how many years. We went ahead with the proposal and were then contacted by their design engineer to finalise the design. Thereafter within a week the installation took place and several follow ups regarding our satisfaction of the installation and to inform us of the process of connecting with the grid through our energy provider. The system is working just how it was explained in the proposal. I have not seen such good customer service and follow up. We are very impressed with SEA and would recommend them any day. We are able to monitor by way of an app how much electricity the system is generating every half an hour and hope to save a good amount of money on our electricity bill thanks to SEA
