As part of their broader strategy to drive innovation in renewable energy, they have closed their offices in Australia. Despite not having a physical office, please be advised that Flex is committed to honoring its warranty obligations to support existing customers. The warranty on installed solar systems will now be serviced by Skybridge, a third party provider of field services solutions well known in the Australian market.
