25 Year Product Warranty on REC panels from Smart Energy Answers, a REC Certified Partner
With its world-class product quality and high performing panels, REC has continued to raise the bar in the industry by recently extending its product warranty.
REC panels will now come with a 20-year product warranty on top of the 25-year performance guarantee.
All products are also eligible for a warranty extension when installed by a certified REC Solar Professional installer.
The benefits for end customers is having the peace of mind that the solar installer has been carefully selected and trained by REC.

We will be offering an additional five years on the REC N-Peak mono 320W panels. This offer brings the total warranty period to an industry leading 25 years.
N-Peak Series
Being at the top of the range, the 'N-Peak Series' remains REC’s best offer. All solar panels loose capacity over time. However, with the N-type silicon cells, they have a very low degradation.
Which means that after 25 years they are still warranted to remain 86% of the original rated output.
Lowest failure rate
In addition to this, REC claims to have the lowest failure rate. From more than 4 million panels manufactured every year, fewer than 400 are returned.
